BucketheadSports.com takes intellectual property seriously. Therefore, all materials contained at BucketheadSports.com are copyrights or other intellectual properties owned by Buckethead Sports.

  1. Buckethead Sports reserves the right to recline any order that it considers to be inappropriate, such as orders depicting abuse of certain substances, persecution based on gender, race, national origin, disability or age or otherwise deemed inappropriate.
  2. By using our product/service, you agree not to use the Buckethead for any unlawful reason. Furthermore, you guarantee that you are not violating any copyrights of any third parties.
  3. By submitting your design, you give Buckethead Sports the right to use it for your product.
  4. The customer agrees that the designs submitted by him may become a advertising material on Bucketheadsports.com website (Portfolio).
  5. By submitting a design for Buckethead production, you understand that any copyright violations are a full responsibility of the customer, and that you are not violating any copyrights.
  6. In case copyrights are violated, the customer agrees to exempt Bucketehad Sports from any legal responsibility, and agrees to pay all legal costs, as well as other damages, in connection with any third party rights violation.
  7. The customer must provide Buckethead Sports with a written notice within 7 business day after a claim of any third party rights violations.

Inquiries / Order Processing / Pricing

  1. Buckethead Sports may, from time to time, refuse the service to orders that do not meet our requirements.
  2. We reserve the right to refuse orders from customers with a certain credit risk or not authorized by a bank.
